Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a focus on developing personalized treatment plans.

• Assess clients’ needs and challenges related to family dynamics, including issues such as marital conflicts, blended family issues, and grief or loss.

• Facilitate open and constructive communication among family members to foster a supportive environment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, and adjustment to life changes (e.g., divorce and separation).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client groups, including couples, individuals, and families coping with various challenges. You will work with clients experiencing:

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
