Key Responsibilities Manage concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions. Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs. Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests. Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs. Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines. Qualifications Member of Les Clefs d’Or, demonstrating elite concierge expertise and global professional standards. Strong background in Guest Relations, with a passion for creating personalized and memorable guest experiences. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within Forbes-rated 4 or 5-star hotels. Exceptional communication, discretion, and problem solving skills in high tough environments. Adept at curating bespoke experiences and anticipating guest needs with precision and warmth.
