Healthcare Sales Specialist

Compensation: $70K to $75K Base + Commission (typically ~$1,100/month at minimum metrics) We’re hiring a Healthcare Sales Specialist / Outreach Specialist to drive community outreach, generate referrals, and support participant enrollment in a healthcare program. What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of B2C / Outside Sales experience Spanish speaker – Required Proven experience with canvassing, door-to-door sales, cold outreach, or self-generated leads Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a highly metrics-driven environment Healthcare sales/outreach experience is a plus If you’re a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and generating business in the community, we’d love to connect.
