Oncology Medical Receptionist

: A local medical facility in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Oncology Medical Receptionist for the Oncology Department to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a dynamic supportive working environment. What you'll be doing to make an impact:

• Smile and greet patients with an enthusiastic “How can I help you today?” attitude upon arrival
• Check patients in for their appropriate appointment in multiple systems
• Provide patients with appropriate intake, new patient, and/or questionnaire forms
• Process payments for office visits
• Communicate directly and professionally with other departments as needed
• Provide the patient with support and guidance as needed
• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations

What you'll bring to the table:

• High school diploma/GED (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills (required)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What's in it for you:

• For this position, you will be paid starting at $16+/hour (Depending on experience)
• A schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
