Job Title: Accelerometer Calibration Technician
Location: Chatsworth, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Optional Overtime)
Salary: $30-40 per hour, depending on experience (DPE)

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced an Calibration Technician specializing in Accelerometer Calibrations. You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate, verify, and adjust accelerometers and related dynamic sensors.
- Use vibration shakers, signal conditioners, and precision equipment to conduct calibrations.
- Generate calibration certificates and documentation in accordance with standards.
- Maintain and verify reference standards used in accelerometer calibration.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment and ensuring compliance with technical procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality personnel to support technical audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven Accelerometer Calibration experience.
- Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
