Job Title: Experienced Line Cook
Location: Atlanta Airport Area – Atlanta, GA
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: PM Shift | 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Summary

Labor Staffing is seeking an experienced Line Cook for a fast-paced hotel kitchen in the Atlanta Airport area . The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a high-volume hotel or restaurant kitchen , can maintain speed and quality during busy service periods, and understands professional kitchen standards.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and their own vehicle due to the late-night shift ending at 12:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment .
• Set up and maintain assigned workstation before, during, and after service.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, supervisors, and other kitchen team members.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products.
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Follow all hotel and kitchen safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience required .
• Experience in a fast-paced hotel, Marriott-style, banquet, or high-volume restaurant kitchen strongly preferred .
• Must be comfortable working the full 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM shift .
• Must have your own vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain good attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to follow recipes, instructions, and production standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hotel kitchen experience.
• Marriott or similar full-service hotel experience.
• Experience with high-volume dinner service and/or banquet production.
• ServSafe or food-handler certification is a plus.
