You'll help keep the business financially organized, improve internal systems, support the team, and make sure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations.
• Streamline internal processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with department heads to support their operational needs and drive company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and assist in budget management.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate accounting records and internal controls.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee office operations, supplies, and technology.
• Experience in managing and supporting office staff effectively.
• Ability to improve processes and create efficient systems.
• Experience in hiring, training, and fostering employee development initiatives is a plus.
