Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Information Security Analyst for an immediate opening.

Title: Information Security Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract on W2
Duration: 13+ Months
Locations: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

As a Information Security Analyst , you will:

• Execute and maintain information security controls in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Review, analyze, and address moderately complex information security challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables and risk factors.
• Support large-scale planning and execution of Information Security deliverables.
• Validate and monitor security controls to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.
• Analyze large datasets, develop reports, and provide actionable insights using advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Manage, track, and process work items through Jira, including workflow management and ticket resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with security control execution and validation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, dashboards)
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Kanban workflows and ticket management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: Between $53- $57 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
