Responsibilities
Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions
Educate clients on policy options in a clear and professional manner
Complete applications and guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Meet personal production goals and maintain consistent follow-up activities
Utilize CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms effectively
Qualifications
Required
Active Life & Health Insurance License
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools
Preferred
Previous insurance sales experience
Proven track record in sales or customer service
Experience working with life, health, or final expense products
Compensation
Uncapped commission structure
