Sales Specialist, Williamsburg

Role Overview Hermès Williamsburg Boutique, opening September 2026, focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients in the New York region. This Sales Specialist reports to the Assistant Manager and works collaboratively with sales and support teams to enhance the client experience in a luxury environment. Responsibilities Accountable for meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to boutique targets. Organize and prioritize the selling floor; maintain inventory, straightening, replenishment, VM guidelines, EAS tagging, ticketing, etc. Assist with inventory preparation. Process all transactions accurately; manage receipts, CRM files, after‑sales service. Communicate POS discrepancies during opening, closing, and end‑of‑day variances. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation. Adhere to asset protection procedures: sign‑in sheets, bag checks, key control, merchandise security, physical inventory, cycle counts. Provide high‑level customer service: greeting, assistance, wrapping, packaging. Supervisory/Other Responsibilities No supervisory responsibility. No budget responsibility. No decision‑making responsibility. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience. Experience in a luxury environment preferred. Strong relationship development and communication skills. Even‑tempered, multi‑tasking ability. Self‑starter; ability to work independently while collaborating. Strong organizational skills. Open availability to meet business needs. Ability to lift 0‑25 lbs. without assistance. Compensation Hourly rate: $26.52 – $29.30 per hour, adjusted based on experience and location.
