This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic practices. Although the majority of therapy sessions can be conducted online, our outpatient office in Oyster Bay remains an essential aspect of our services, providing a collaborative space for team meetings, training, and client engagements. Our newly designed and modern office is equipped with the latest technology to enhance client interactions and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in our organization, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of therapeutic services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting individual and couple's therapy sessions to address communication problems, emotional conflicts, and relationship dynamics.

• Facilitating group therapy for families, focusing on resolving issues like sibling conflicts, blended family dynamics, and effective coping strategies for family stress.

• Providing specialized support for clients facing challenges such as grief and loss, separation and divorce, and coping with medical issues.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with practice standards and confidentiality regulations.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and foster a unified therapeutic approach.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the fields of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical caseload will include a diverse population, empowering both adults and children/adolescents. You'll work with individuals navigating a range of issues, from the intricate dynamics found in family units to personal struggles related to mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a full benefits package, including:
