Medical Director - Cedar Rapids, IA | Lead a Thriving Veterinary Team
Global Talent Partners is representing a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital in Cedar Rapids seeking an experienced Medical Director. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, mentorship, and hands-on veterinary practice while shaping the future of a growing hospital.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $150,000-$170,000 base salary + performance or production-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of patient care
• Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff

• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives
• Balance administrative duties with hands-on patient care
