Summary:
Seeking a customer-focused administrative professional responsible for providing support through phone, answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take clear, accurate messages. Manage the front desk, including sign-in, visitor badges, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception and showroom area. Schedule and confirm client appointments, consultations, and meetings for the sales team.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and shipments.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Provide general administrative support: filing, data entry, document preparation, and CRM updates. Support the coordination of meetings, including room setup and refreshments. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.The job description is also attached. 

Experienced in resolving customer concerns, maintaining account and billing records, preparing quotes and invoices, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office communications. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Shift: 1st (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM/Monday through Friday)

Compensation Pay: $19/HR

Location: Bensenville, IL 60106

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answer phone calls, live chats, and emails from clients
• Order & Data Processing: Enter client details, create sales orders, and update databases
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and track feedback to find solutions
• Account Management: Prepare quotes, process invoices, and manage billing records
• Office Coordination: Schedule appointments, file paperwork, and route internal messages

Requirements:

• Must have previous office/administration experience
• Must be computer savvy
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have reliable transportation
