Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during banquets and events Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the event Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with event staff and kitchen personnel to coordinate service flow Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in food service or banquet serving preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus Hotel Millwright fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that values teamwork, growth, and professional development.
