Marketing And Promotions Assistant (Independence)

We are hiring a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support retail-based marketing campaigns in the Independence, OH area. This role focuses on customer engagement, brand awareness, promotional support, and face-to-face sales inside partnered retail locations and local event settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, professional, and looking to build experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally inside retail partner locations
• Assist with daily promotional campaigns and in-store marketing events
• Speak with customers about current products, services, and promotions
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful product information
• Support customer sign-ups, product education, and campaign goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional promotional area
• Work with team leaders to improve communication, sales, and leadership skills
