Coordinate with customers and equipment manufacturers to define specifications, resolve technical issues, and implement effective solutions. Develop and execute test programs, create technical procedures, and deliver operation and software training to customers and internal staff. Support sales activities through technical consultations, machinery demonstrations, trade shows, and participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Maintain accurate service records and submit internal and manufacturer reports as required. Escalate technical issues appropriately and promptly communicate field updates to the Engineering Manager. Provide feedback to manufacturers to support continuous product and quality improvement. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Friendly Team.
