Location: RI - TRAVELING AROUND THE STATE - MOST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR

 

Compensation:

 

Commission-Based: 15% of net profit from sales

 

Base Pay: $20/hour (when no sales are made)

 

Gas Reimbursement.

 

Job Overview:

 

We seek a motivated Sales Representative with in-person sales experience to join our home improvement team. You will engage with homeowners, sell them home improvement projects, educate them on unnecessary construction costs, and offer our consulting services.

Responsibilities:

 

Visit homeowners in person to discuss their home improvement concerns.

 

Educate clients on how to avoid unnecessary projects and save money.

 

Close sales and follow up with clients to maintain relationships.

 

Track and report sales performance.

 

Qualifications:

 

In-person sales experience is required.

 

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

 

Ability to build trust and explain solutions clearly.

 

Reliable transportation (for local travel).

 

Applicants must have prior experience in the home improvement/construction industry (labor, project management, estimating, or sales).
