Documentation Administrator

Immediate need for a talented Documentation Administrator with experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX. Please review the job description below.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Prepare loan documents for all Dealer Lending products in accordance with credit approval, organizational documents, and pricing structure.
  • Responsible for the entire documentation process, which includes the preparation, delivery, execution, review, and storage of all loan agreements for Dealer Lending Products.
  • Responsible for certain Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) control functions critical for the accuracy of the agreement against all relevant records such as credit approvals, organizational documents, state statues, etc.
  • Responsible for meeting service levels with our internal and external clients to ensure timely and accurate service is provided.
  • Gather due diligence and follow up items from the field as required and provide timely reporting of loan execution status.
  • Assist with digitizing Dealer Lending's existing loan documents, which includes scanning, sorting, archiving, and indexing into centralized digital repository.
