Parts Counter PersonGraff Ford is seeking an experienced and highly organized Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced dealership environment. Experience with Ford OEM parts is strongly preferred and qualifies for a sign-on bonus upon verification.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and service technicians with identifying and ordering the correct partsMaintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and order trackingProcess parts invoices, returns, warranties, and core chargesReceive and organize incoming shipmentsEnsure the parts counter and storage areas remain clean and organizedProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersAccurately price and label partsCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, and service department staffQualificationsPrevious experience as a Parts Counter Person requiredFord dealership or Ford OEM parts experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of automotive parts and terminologyAbility to read parts diagrams and look up correct componentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-taskProficiency with parts management software and basic computer skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordBenefitsFull benefits packageMedical insurance — Blue Cross401(k) with employer matchingPaid time off / holidaysEmployee discountsYearly bonus opportunities
