As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government aviation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors and staff with professionalism. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and help maintain an orderly environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-driven, and integrity-focused values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport partners while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, parking areas, roadways, perimeter locations, and other assigned facilities to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and pedestrian or vehicle activity in accordance with applicable procedures and post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
