Desired Skills & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active credentials in California
• Experience providing PT services in school settings, especially with K-12 populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage an itinerant caseload across different school sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and deliver inspiring, effective interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for students with diverse physical needs
• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions at multiple school locations, ensuring compliance with students’ IEPs
• Work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Offer training and resources to school personnel regarding physical therapy strategies and accessibility
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to help shape comprehensive student support plans
