Media Coordinator

JOB LOCATION Sioux Falls, SD ABOUT THE ROLE The Media Coordinator works alongside the Media Strategist to support the planning, purchasing, and tracking of paid media campaigns across print, digital, broadcast, and out-of-home channels. You’ll work closely with our media and account teams to keep campaigns running on time, on budget, and within scope. A media coordinator must value relationships with the Fresh Produce team, media partners, attention to detail, and efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist in the development and execution of media plans across digital, print, broadcast, OOH, and social channels Create documentation and reporting that communicates the impact of our client’s media strategies Research audience insights, media partners, rate cards, and competitive activity to inform planning Prepare media plans and budgets based on canvas and creative process inputs Coordinate media placement deadlines with project managers to ensure deadlines and launch dates are met Process insertion orders, trafficking instructions, and campaign documentation Monitor campaign delivery and develop performance reports Maintain accurate media schedules, budgets, and flowcharts Reconcile invoices and media buys against authorized plans Communicate with team, vendors, and clients in a timely and dependable manner WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR/REQUIRED SKILLS 1-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, project management, or a related marketing/advertising role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills to document, track and account for the small details within media buys across multiple on-going projects Is motivated while working independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment Resourceful and proactively solves problems Understands media channels that include paid digital (social, programmatic, search, audio, video, etc.) and traditional media (out-of-home, TV, radio, print, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Experience with media planning platforms (Strata/FreeWheel, etc.) is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Actively seeks feedback and applies it to improve work Familiarity or certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
