Description

Travel RNs assigned to Minnesota earn up to $3,389 per week with non-tax stipend. Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Minnesota Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Hennepin County Adult Correctional Facility located in Plymouth, MN. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Travel Program RN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Minnesota, per contract needs. The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license or the ability to obtain a license
• Must live over 50 miles from the designated facility
• At least two (2) years of RN experience
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Minnesota as needed per contract needs
• Current CPR/BLS
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
