Participate occasionally in inpatient speech therapy assessments, maintaining cohesive care throughout the patient's journey.

Keep precise and timely documentation in alignment with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in continual professional development through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Pursued a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of starting employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for diverse age groups with strong insights into developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.

Outstanding interpersonal skills when engaging with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capable of adapting therapy techniques to address cultural and linguistic diversity.

Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and innovative problem-solving skills.

Familiar with electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols.
