Physical Therapy Assistant

THERAPY AND WELLNESS CONNECTION, LLC - Brecksville, OH Therapy & Wellness Connection is looking for alicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our pediatric therapy team on a very part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking to add a few consistent hours to their current schedule while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Part-time - approximately 5 hours per week currently Potential opportunity for hours to increase as our PT caseload grows It’s Pediatric outpatient setting Work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Collaborative environment with PT, OT, Speech Therapy, ABA, and other pediatric professionals Flexible scheduling based on caseload and availability Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Valid Ohio license to practice as a Physical Therapist Experience working with pediatric populations Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices Effective interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a clinical setting Specialization in a specific area of physical therapy, such as early intervention, autism, and pediatrics Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Why Join Therapy & Wellness Connection? This position is intentionally small to start - about 5 hours per week - making it ideal for someone who already works elsewhere, wants a small pediatric caseload, or is looking for additional clinical hours.
