This role must be adaptable to evolving business needs and client opportunities. You'll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivery.What you'll do:Develop and report on operational statuses and performance opportunitiesDevelop presentation materials for client and provider facing teams to utilizeIdentify and present actionable insights for cross-departmental team to utilizeTrack and analyze key performance indicators across multiple clientsCoordinate with various stakeholders for operational insights needsDrive routine deliverables as well as numerous ad hoc requestsOther duties as required – we are a thriving, growing, company with a lot of opportunityWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree0-3 years industry experience1-2 years in healthcare, ideally in the Post Acute care spaceUnderstanding of and experience with referral management, utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functionsDetailed orientation and strong verbal communication still is a mustMust be able to multi-task and work beyond the job descriptionMinimum Expert level Excel proficiencyProficiency in all other Microsoft Office applicationsOther Competencies/Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholdersExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenWhat you'll get:Competitive compensation & bonus plan commensurate with experience401KHealth, dental & disability insurance10 paid holidaysRobust time off policyThis position will be based out of our Irving, TX headquarters; however, working remotely from outside the area is perfectly acceptable.
