You help us deliver consistent, accurate, and well-supported responses by applying sound credit risk judgment and effective coordination. You partner with senior credit stakeholders and key business partners to anticipate questions, elevate themes and issues, and improve how we execute exam and audit response workflows.Job responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end exam and audit support across Wholesale Credit Risk functionsChallenge credit team responses to strengthen risk rating rationale, credit strategy narratives, and process explanationsAdvise on positioning and messaging to clearly articulate credit rationale and the process under reviewPrepare credit teams for regulator and auditor meetings, including content readiness and anticipated questions and answersEnsure responses are consistent, accurate, complete, and aligned to agreed tone and key messagesConsolidate responses to regulatory questions by engaging the right subject matter expertsIdentify emerging exam and audit themes and escalate issues to management and stakeholders as appropriateManage exam and audit trackers, collaboration sites, and logistics using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related toolsDeliver post-exam and post-audit readouts with lessons learned, observations, and recommended actionsAnalyze and synthesize data to summarize key credit characteristics, trends, relationships, and regulatory insightsImprove processes to increase quality, consistency, and productivity across response workflowsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in wholesale credit risk managementDemonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and apply wholesale credit concepts and risk management principlesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent requestsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex credit topics clearlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in wholesale compliance and or regulatory risk managementExperience using SharePoint and data visualization toolsProject management experience JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
