Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to explore their passions and create their success! A fast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Full-Time), 12-Month Position

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in school-based platforms, specifically Infinite Campus, and registration systems such as Arux. Key responsibilities include managing Early Childhood Screening reporting and scholarship documentation. Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge of VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) and Pathway's programs. As this is a front-facing role, we require an expert communicator who is exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of managing complex data with accuracy.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required. One year post high school education or specialized training beyond high school and at least 3 years of directly related administrative support, clerical and secretarial experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.

Position Start Date: July 1, 2026

Compensation: An hourly rate from $20.77 to $28.42 pursuant to the Community Education Secretarial/ Clerical Worker's Agreement with generous benefits beginning day one of employment.
