Weekend Supervisor RN

Saturday and Sundays (7a-730p)

The be eligible for baylor pay, the RN will need to work 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday.  They will work 24 hours and receive 6 baylor hours each weekend.  (Work 48; paid 60 hours per pay period)

About the Role:

As a Weekend Supervisor RN, you'll oversee the delivery of skilled nursing services on our weekends, partnering with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and leadership skills will ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and a culture of excellence. Your weekend shift will be filled with purpose, as you make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients and families.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff on weekends, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to our nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and professional growth

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with our physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes

• Demonstrate our core values of patient-centered care, compassion, and excellence in all aspects of your work

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama

• Minimum 0 years of experience, with a strong foundation in nursing practice and leadership

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong clinical judgement, with a commitment to high-quality patient care
