Labor & Employment Paralegal (Korean Language Proficiency Required)

Litigation Paralegal – Labor & Employment (Korean Language Proficiency Required) Location: Los Angeles Barnes & Thornburg is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our Labor & Employment Litigation team in the Los Angeles office. Korean language proficiency is required for this role, as the position will support a diverse mix of clients and matters, including matters involving Korean-speaking clients, witnesses, and documents. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of labor and employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trial. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors, including Korean-speaking individuals as needed. Assist with reviewing, translating, and managing Korean-language documents, correspondence, and records, as appropriate. Prepare, organize, and file documents with federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including through PACER/ECF. Assist with employment-related matters involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class and PAGA actions.
