Litigation Paralegal – Labor & Employment (Hybrid) $60,000 – $83,200 per year | El Segundo, CA | Hybrid (2–3 days a week) About Us We are a growing California‑based law firm representing employees and individuals in employment law and personal injury matters. We handle wage and hour disputes, workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation claims, and personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents. Job Duties Providing litigation support from intake through resolution in employment and personal injury matters. Preparing, filing, and e‑filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Drafting correspondence, legal forms, and routine litigation documents. Managing and organizing physical and electronic case files and litigation databases. Coordinating scheduling, calendars, meetings, and deadlines. Communicating professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel. Assisting with discovery, document production, and deposition preparation. Supporting trial preparation, including exhibit management and logistics. Performing clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience in labor and employment.
