Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Habitability Attorney in California.If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.The ideal candidate will possess the following:Three to five years’ experience in litigation.Significant litigation experience in areas of residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, and premises liability.Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.Licensed to Practice Law in California State.Located in CaliforniaWe offer a great working environment, competitive compensation, and full benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
