Locums Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician in Richmond, Indiana - Physician-Only Model, Cardiac Focus

Step into a physician-only anesthesia model with weekday OR coverage, a cardiac-focused case mix, and limited call responsibilities.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient anesthesia with 11 physicians and one assistant
• General adult, cardiac, obstetric, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, spine, and catheterization lab cases
• Healthy pediatric and occasional non-operating room anesthesia cases
• Basic nerve blocks included

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday daytime OR coverage
• No routine night call
• One designated multi-day cardiac call block
• 24-hour call coverage during the assigned call block

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years in Anesthesiology
• Active Indiana license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification
• BLS required and ACLS required for conscious sedation privileges
