About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified IMC RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

• Provide direct patient care in an advanced cardiac care / PCU / stepdown unit within a large acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and manage patients requiring cardiovascular and post-operative care, including those with vascular conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility standards

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Prior cardiovascular (CV) critical care experience is required
• Post-operative or vascular background/experience is required
• Current BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by the facility

• Experience in a high-volume or regional referral acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology or open heart surgical patient populations
• Strong telemetry interpretation and hemodynamic monitoring skills
