Qualifications Associate's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Three (3) years of experience working in Human Resources implementing multiple initiatives; Preferred Qualifications Four (4) or more years of experience working in Human Resources implementing multiple initiatives; Previous experience working in municipal government *Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of the aforementioned requirements Special Requirements Physical Requirements: Physical skills typical of an office environment, including sitting, standing, walking and stooping. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. Required to lift objects such as files, boxes, supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Motor skills necessary for activities such as moving objects, using office equipment, including but not limited to telephones, personal computers, handheld technology, and other office equipment. Visual skills required for routinely (and occasionally long periods of time) reading documents and working with numbers and figures, for analytical purposes.
