Advantage Technical is seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer to support our recruiting team by identifying and engaging top talent for manufacturing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the research, networking, and talent identification side of recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We\'re looking for someone who is highly social media savvy, comfortable using AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies, and knows how to uncover talent through creative channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, trade schools, technical colleges, military transition programs, online communities, and industry associations. This role focuses on sourcing and talent engagement rather than managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities Source qualified candidates for manufacturing positions, including both exempt and non-exempt roles. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, AI sourcing tools, and other creative sourcing methods to identify talent. Research schools, trade programs, certifications, online communities, and other talent pools to find qualified candidates. Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Continuously identify new sourcing strategies and recruiting trends. Qualifications Previous sourcing or recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment is required. Experience sourcing both exempt and non-exempt manufacturing professionals. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, and online sourcing techniques. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting and candidate sourcing is highly preferred. Excellent research skills with the ability to identify talent through non-traditional channels. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
