Do you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being the friendly face people remember? Legacy Village of Salt River is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support residents, visitors, families, and team members throughout the day.

This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for everyone who enters our community while also assisting with office administration and communication. Compensation: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and outside visitors
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls
• Provide administrative assistance to department leaders and office staff
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and general office communications
• Maintain organized records and documentation while protecting confidential information
• Monitor front office operations and help ensure a professional environment
• Assist with office supply inventory and routine administrative projects
• Respond to questions and requests with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

• Builds positive relationships with a wide variety of people
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can prioritize tasks and stay organized throughout the workday
• Pays close attention to details and follows through on responsibilities
• Is comfortable using computers and common business software
• Handles confidential information appropriately
• Brings reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, healthcare, or senior living is beneficial but not required.
