HR Director (Retail) Fort Worth,TX, US Job Description Experience: VP Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to help lead HR strategy and operations across a geographically dispersed, multi-location organization. This is a strategic but highly hands-on leadership position. The HR Director will partner with senior leadership while remaining close to the business and capable of stepping directly into employee relations, HR operations, benefits, compliance and HRIS matters when needed. Responsibilities Lead HR strategy and workforce planning across multiple locations Manage, mentor and develop the HR team Partner with operational leaders on employee relations and organizational needs Lead complex investigations and corrective actions Oversee benefits, leaves and workers' compensation Support performance management, succession planning, retention and leadership development Ensure federal and multi-state employment compliance Oversee HR reporting, analytics and workforce metrics Optimize ADP Workforce Now, reporting and data governance Support organizational growth, acquisitions and new locations Lead change-management and employee-communication initiatives Build scalable HR policies, processes and infrastructure Qualifications 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Significant HR leadership and team-management experience Strong multi-site and multi-state HR experience Broad HR background across employee relations, benefits, compliance, HR operations and talent management ADP Workforce Now experience required, with administrator-level experience strongly preferred Strong multi-state employment law and compliance knowledge Experience handling complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations Strong HR analytics, reporting and Excel skills Experience supporting organizational growth, acquisitions or new locations preferred Experience in retail, hospitality or another high-volume, customer-facing environment strongly preferred Experience supporting sales-driven or field-based workforces is a plus A bit about us: We are a growing, multi-location organization seeking an experienced HR leader to help support our people, operations and continued growth.
