- Pay Rate - $17.00/HR
- Location - Kissimmee, FL 34746
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Monday - Sunday (2 days off per week, assigned by manager)
- Morning Shift - 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift - 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
- Overnight Shift - 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
- MUST be able to work all 3 shifts.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, verify reservations, assign rooms, issue room keys, process check-outs, handle payments, and explain charges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- MUST have previous customer service and/or hospitality experience.
- MUST have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- MUST have open availability, and flexible scheduling.
