Express Employment Professionals is seeking full-time, permanent Guest Services Agents for a Hotel/Resort property located in Kissimmee, FL!

Job Details:

Pay Rate - $17.00/HR
Location - Kissimmee, FL 34746
Full-time, permanent opportunity

Schedule Details:

Monday - Sunday (2 days off per week, assigned by manager)
Morning Shift - 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift - 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
Overnight Shift - 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
MUST be able to work all 3 shifts.

Job Duties:

Welcome guests upon arrival, verify reservations, assign rooms, issue room keys, process check-outs, handle payments, and explain charges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest questions, requests, and concerns.
Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.

Requirements:

MUST have previous customer service and/or hospitality experience.
MUST have excellent customer service and communication skills.
MUST have open availability, and flexible scheduling.
