Role Overview:

The Senior Communications Executive is a vital role within the agency and is instrumental in effectively executing communication plans on behalf of their designated clients, ensuring a proactive, leading approach. With 3-5 years’ experience, they are well organized and drive efficiencies across their teams, demonstrating clear updates and knowledge for clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the pace of agency life, thrives on building media and influencer relationships, and is ready to take ownership of client work while continuing to develop their career.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of beauty clients.
\n
• Building strong relationships with media, influencers and industry partners.
\n
• Developing creative story angles and pitching to secure high-quality coverage.
\n
• Managing press office activity, product launches, events and influencer programmes.
\n
• Leading projects from planning through to delivery.
\n
• Preparing client reports, presentations and campaign recommendations.
\n
• Supporting and mentoring Communications Coordinators and interns.
\n
• Working closely with senior team members to deliver exceptional client service.
\n

We're looking for someone who has :

• Around 3–5 years' experience in PR or communications, ideally within beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Strong media and influencer relationships.
\n
• Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
\n
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.
\n
• A genuine passion for beauty and the communications industry.
\n
