Help install, maintain, and repair critical HVAC and refrigeration systems for businesses within a two-hour radius of Warrington. If you thrive on delivering dependable service and clear communication, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Install and start up commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
• Ensure work meets safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain precise records of services performed and parts used.
• Partner with teammates to drive efficiency and quality.
• Keep current with evolving HVAC/R tools, tech, and best practices.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R service and installation experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong diagnostic mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.
