Commercial Fuel Sales Manager (Hunter Role | Uncapped Growth Opportunity)

We are one of the largest and fastest-growing providers of heating oil, propane, gasoline, and diesel fuels in the country-and we're looking for a highly motivated, aggressive sales professional to drive new business growth across Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware, and Northeastern Maryland .

This is not a passive account management role. This is for someone who hunts, wins, and grows .

What You'll Do

Aggressively prospect and develop new commercial fuel business through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and self-generated leads
Build and maintain your own pipeline using initiative, research, and market awareness
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, including bid accounts and large commercial users
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts while continuously adding new business
Set and adjust pricing in collaboration with the corporate fuel margin team and local GM
Use Salesforce CRM to track activity, manage opportunities, and drive accountability
Deliver fast, professional responses to prospects and customers
Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction

What You Bring

3+ years of proven success in sales (commercial, B2B, or related industry preferred)
A true hunter mentality with a track record of self-generated business
Strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated without constant oversight
Confidence in cold outreach-phone, in-person, and networking
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to think independently, solve problems, and make decisions
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
