Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up, as necessary.
- Guide customers through a needs-based review process to help them understand and select the best insurance solutions.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly service by addressing questions about insurance products, coverage options, policy updates, claims, billing, and more.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to achieving daily success.

Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Previous sales experience is a plus (such as inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Comfortable working within a small team setting
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have or be able to obtain Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses.
