The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business.**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:*** Possess specialist knowledge of various applications and software including but not limited to Vista Viewpoint and PVault.* Manage help desk tickets assigned with quick resolution.* Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations.* Assist with systems integrations/conversions.* Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.* Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned.* Complete additional duties as assigned.**Basic Qualifications:*** Minimum 3 years of IT experience.* Bachelor’s degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred.* Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment.* Experience supporting business applications such as PVault and Vista Viewpoint.* Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.* Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.* Experience in construction industry preferred.* Experience with SQL database queries.* Compensation range is $65 - 72K, dependent on experience.**Company Overview:**For nearly six decades, Primoris has built a reputation for taking on challenges that others will not – setting the bar ever higher for ourselves and our industry with each project.Now, as we build a sustainable infrastructure that supports the growing needs of the nation – and the world – we reaffirm innovation, quality, service, and safety as our core values.
