Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and implement a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants. - Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns including; crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results. - Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community. - Coordinate and advertise promote recruiting events. - Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual and on-site careerfairs or on-campus recruiting events. - Generate monthly updates for organization's leadership about on upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives. - Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition marketing metrics. - Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement. - Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry. The Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist SkillBridge trainee will assist Maximus recruitment marketing teams in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. The trainee will support employer branding initiatives, recruitment event promotion, graphics creation, social media management, landing pages audits, copy-writing, digital ads management and reporting. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in related field. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
