As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, employees, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.20 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:30 AM - 07:30 PM Sat11:30 AM - 07:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, sales floor, stock areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts. Support a professional retail environment by documenting incidents and completing required reports in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
