Role: Business Analyst III Location: Bethesda, MD 20892 Position: 1 Public Trust Clearance required Role Overview: We are seeking a senior Business Analyst III with strong eDiscovery experience to support management, organizational, and business improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with complex eDiscovery environments, Electronic Stored Information (ESI), data processing, scripting, reporting, and eDiscovery applications. Key Responsibilities: Analyze management, organizational, and business improvement requirements Compile and analyze strategic goals, methodologies, models, and tools Identify candidate best practice models Use performance measures, benchmarking, and management standards to support assessments, program audits, and management and policy development Gather information from users, define work problems, and design systems and procedures to resolve problems Identify and collect electronic data Process Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems Perform hands on file manipulations and data conversions Develop and utilize scripts to support eDiscovery activities Create users and configure and utilize eDiscovery applications Integrate legal systems to improve operational efficiencies Develop scripts and advanced queries Introduce automated workflow concepts Produce and deliver data according to requirements Create reports and procedures May act as a team lead Required Skills: Senior level eDiscovery experience Demonstrated experience successfully performing similar work with similar complexity Strong experience with Electronic Stored Information (ESI) Experience identifying and collecting electronic data Experience with advanced ESI processing Hands on experience with file manipulation and data conversion Experience creating users and configuring eDiscovery applications Experience developing advanced queries and scripts Experience with automated workflow concepts Experience producing and delivering data Strong reporting and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Preferred Skills: Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package Experience with O365 Experience with Concordance Experience with Relativity Experience with RelativityOne Experience with Clearwell Supervisory experience for candidates supporting team lead responsibilities Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
