Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an Occupational Therapist or School Social Worker with this rewarding contract opportunity. You’ll work three days per week, collaborating with dedicated educators to help students from early elementary through high school reach their fullest potential. The role offers flexibility and variety, with your time shared across two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.

You’ll make a difference for a manageable caseload of approximately 25 to 30 students, providing specialized services tailored to different ages and needs in a supportive school environment. With staggered start and end times between campuses—elementaries running 8:45 AM–3:37 PM, the middle school from 7:55 AM–2:48 PM, and the high school from 7:10 AM–2:04 PM—there’s room to create a schedule that fits your life and maximizes your impact.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (as state-required for school-based positions)
• Previous experience in schools preferred, but consideration given to candidates with strong pediatric backgrounds
• Ability to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations and tailor interventions appropriately
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 25–30 students
• Creative, flexible approach to scheduling and service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Deliver group and one-on-one therapy or social work sessions
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between school buildings as needed
