- ConciergeLegal Address - Louisville, KY 40202## Description### **Position Summary**The **Concierge** is a key ambassador for Hotel Bourré Bonne and the city of Louisville. This position is responsible for creating personalized guest experiences by anticipating needs, providing knowledgeable local recommendations, arranging reservations and experiences, and connecting guests with the best of Louisville.The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of Louisville, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make every guest feel welcomed and well cared for.### **What You'll Do*** Welcome guests with a warm, polished, and genuine approach that reflects the Hotel Bourré Bonne experience.* Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Louisville restaurants, bourbon experiences, attractions, entertainment, shopping, and nightlife.* Provide personalized recommendations based on each guest's interests and preferences.* Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, tickets, entertainment, and special experiences.* Coordinate personalized guest requests, including birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, celebrations, and VIP arrangements.* Promote and provide information about the hotel's dining, rooftop, bourbon, and event offerings.* Build and maintain relationships with local restaurants, attractions, transportation providers, tour operators, and other Louisville partners.* Stay current on Louisville events, festivals, concerts, sporting events, bourbon experiences, and seasonal activities.* Help guests discover nearby attractions and experiences throughout downtown Louisville.* Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.* Communicate guest preferences and special requests effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Valet, and Management.* Follow through on guest requests from start to finish.* Address guest concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions.* Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest requests, VIP information, and special arrangements.* Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.## Qualifications### **The Ideal Candidate*** Previous concierge, luxury hotel, guest services, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.* Strong knowledge of Louisville and the surrounding area.* Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.* Comfortable discussing Louisville's restaurant, bourbon, entertainment, and cultural offerings.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Professional appearance and demeanor.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.* Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced hotel environment.* Resourceful and comfortable finding solutions to unique guest requests.* Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple hotel departments.* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
