We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career. Apply now! Compensation:
$129,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
- Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
- A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated
- Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week
- Utilize and maintain your CRM
- Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Be coachable
- Be accountable
